Refunds, Returns and cancellation
Returns.
Take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Returned items must comply with our return policy to be accepted:
If you wish to return an item, please ensure it is in the same condition as it was when it was sent - unworn, undamaged, sent back in original packaging and with all tags still firmly attached. Please take care not to mark the soles of footwear when trying them on or to damage the shoe box. The shoes must be returned in the original shoe box that it was sen in. The bags must be returned as it was sent, any dust bag, leather tags, and tassels must be included.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to get a full refund or exchange. Soiled, damaged and used items will not be accepted. Please notify us by email on mail@morahmorah.com of your intention to return.
Cancellation.
If you wish to cancel your order, we will refund you the full price for any returned item that meets our Returns Policy. However, you will be responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the item(s). An email should be sent to mail@morahmorah.com advising us of the cancellation.

Discount codes
From time to time, MorahMorah will offer discounts/discount codes through either email, via social media or promotional campaign on the website. The discount code will be valid for the time specified in the promotion, it is not transferable, has no monetary value. Note the when an order containing multiple items is placed using the promotional code, the value of the discount is spread over each item according to the pro-rated value of that item. In the event of a refund, the order will be reduced by the value of the discount attached to it. The discount will not be refunded.
